Mongolia 2002 - Leaving Mongolia August 9, 2002

Dear family and friends, As the subject line of this email indicates, we will be leaving Mongolia in less than 2 days. We will be leaving with mixed emotions. There is joy over the fact that we will soon be home to see all of you again and yet sorrow that we leave a country still in desperate need of Jesus Christ. Joy in knowing that at least 5 Mongolian youth accepted Christ as their personal Savior. Sorrow over the thousands that worship a golden idol. We are grateful for all your prayers and ask that you would continue to pray for us as we travel to Beijing and Ethiopia before winding up our trip. We will be returning to the United States on August 23 and then traveling to Pittsburgh to visit with our son Brian and his family, then back to Florida before Labor Day. We are looking forward to seeing you all and sharing the marvelous things God has done this summer. In Christ's love, Dave and Cheryl
